A baby girl abandoned in a shopping bag in heavy snow was named Roman for the street found.

Police have confirmed that the baby girl is recovering from a hospital in east London and is in stable condition.
A police spokesman said: \"After the road she was found on, she was informally referred to as the\" Romans \", a small children\'s play area on the Roman road.
\"The child was discovered by a woman who walked the dog with her child after she heard the child cry.
They informed the emergency service immediately after they found out.
No one else was present.
She was found beside the park bench and was not hidden.
The child was found in a white towel shopping bag on the floor.
Shane Clark of Northeast Command said: \"We are increasingly concerned about your welfare and I urge you to contact the police, local hospitals or general practitioners for surgery.
It is very important that we know you are safe.
\"I also urge anyone with information that can help us get this child to come forward with a reunion with her mother.
