For 10 years, those addicted to plastic shopping bags have been living with Fort McMurray Bannon --usebags.

McGrath knew some managers of Sobeys who gave him some extra bags when he was out of town buying groceries.
McGrath traveled to Cape Breton a year ago.
\"I think I must have had hundreds of bags on that trip.
\"This is consistent with the hundreds of reusable bags he has purchased since the ban.
\"A lot of bags you can\'t use because if you put the meat in it, by the way, you shouldn\'t reuse them.
He thinks the ban was a high in 2009.
The school students collected 2,300 signatures, which had a negative impact on Fort McMurray as a whole.
\"I appreciate people trying to help with the environment, but since the plastic bag ban, I have noticed that more rubbish has been found on our streets and on the playground.
\"McGrath said he had no intention of taking any action against the ban.

A clerk in Fort McMurray has launched an online petition to legalize the luggage.
She has about 900 signatures but the ban has never been lifted.
Meanwhile, Karp says his plastic bags are running out and he is looking for another supplier.
